What do you like to cook and why?

Barbeque as it is relaxed, informal and you can just chill with friends and family

When did you decide to become a chef?

21 Decided to become a chef quite late on

What do you remember about school dinners?

Queuing up and waiting to get to the servery to realise that all the hot dogs or burgers were finished

What was your favourite school dinner?

Chicken curry and rice, Cornflake cake and custard

What would be your perfect meal?

To dine in Eleven Madison park in New York
