Keith Floyd – the original TV chef with a difference. I still love watching his TV cooking programs its all about the flavor for Keith
Nathan outlaw – I have always loved cooking with seafood and Nathan outlaw has started a new modern take on seafood and love what he is doing


 What do you like to cook and why?

Seafood is all ways what I like cooking with. Its so easy to over cook and to over power the flavor’s

 When did you decide to become a chef?

I have all ways wanted to be a chef I have really been interested since I was a boy

 What do you remember about School dinners?

Caramel short cake and custard

Chicken noodle soup

I don’t really know. Think maybe a joiner
