Escofier because he made cooking become a respected profession by introducing organised discipline in his kitchen & my mum because she showed me how simple ingredients can make fantastic meals.

What do you like to cook and why?

I enjoy cooking all food simple but full of flavour

When did you decide to become a chef?

I always loved cooking since I was young helping my mum prepare family meal but had a family and as they grew I decided I wanted to go a learn professionally so went to college

Lumpy custard

School caramel cake

Guinea fowl stovies

My speed peeler

Everyone who enjoys my meals are my ideal diner.

Possibly  a nurse


Where do you go when you want to eat at a restaurant?

Having a family I like to go to places that are family friendly and have good food
